For studios, agencies and small teams
Every client hour, accounted for.
Organise work by client company and project, run the timer on the task itself, and read the week back by client, project or person. coMinute turns a busy studio week into a timesheet you can trust.

A day at the studio
From the morning sort to the Friday review.
Sort the board. Everyone drags their own tasks into Focus, Schedule, Delegate or Park. Your board is yours; nobody else's moves.

What is inside
Nine things a studio week runs on.
Clients and projects
Companies hold projects, projects hold task lists. Star the ones you live in.
List and Board views
Custom stages, filters for overdue and due this week, saved views per project.
Timers on the task
Focus sessions from 5 to 30 minutes or an open ended timer, all running timers in one panel.
Weekly timesheet
Your week by client, project, list and task. Log time after the fact when you forget.
Workload and capacity
Planned estimates against each person's weekly capacity, with logged hours beside them.
Custom fields
Per project fields for links, numbers, dates and references, validated the same everywhere.
Comments that notify
@mentions, reactions and read counts. Assignment and mention mail, plus an optional 08:00 summary.
Focus Board and Focus Day
Each person sorts their own day without moving anyone else's board.
An API for your scripts
Scoped workspace API keys that act as the person who made them.
Questions
Before you move the team.
Where does our data live?
In your own workspace, on its own address. Every query is scoped to it, so people, projects and companies never cross into another workspace.
Can we sign in with Google?
Yes. People can sign in with Google or with email and a password, and you can invite them by email.
What if I forget to stop the timer?
An idle reminder speaks up when the timer runs on but you have stopped, and any session can be corrected afterwards.
Can we export our hours?
Yes. Project and company time reports export to CSV.
Is there a mobile app?
coMinute runs in the browser on phone and desktop. There is no native app.
