Terms
Terms of Service
Last updated:
These terms apply when you create a coMinute workspace, join one, or otherwise use the coMinute service. By using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
coMinute is an online tool for managing projects, tasks, focus time and time logs. We may add, change or remove features as the product develops.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- Give accurate information when you register, and keep your sign-in details to yourself.
- The person who creates a workspace manages it, decides who is invited and with which role, and is responsible for the content their team puts in it.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use coMinute for anything unlawful, or to store or share content you have no right to;
- upload malware or content designed to harm other people or their devices;
- try to reach a workspace, account or data you have not been given access to;
- probe, overload or disrupt the service, or get around its limits or security measures;
- resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.
4. Your content
You keep every right you have in the content you put into coMinute. You allow us to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with. The Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data within it.
5. Fees
Prices for coMinute have not been published yet. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell workspace owners in advance, and nothing will be charged without their agreement.
6. Availability
We work to keep coMinute available and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free. Planned maintenance and events outside our control can make it temporarily unavailable.
7. Ending the service
You can stop using coMinute at any time. We may suspend or close an account or workspace that breaks these terms, after telling its owner where the situation allows. If we ever decide to stop offering the service, we will give reasonable notice so you can take your data out.
8. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit, arising from the use of coMinute. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change matters, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell workspace owners before it takes effect.
